I’m a body-positive health and fitness coach who specializes in helping you heal your relationship with food and exercise while accomplishing your goals.
Growing up, my self-worth was so closely connected to my appearance that I lacked confidence and held myself back from living my life. It wasn’t until after I found strength training and intuitive eating that I began to ACTUALLY enjoy fitness- not to mention my life.
I went from insecure to empowered by educating myself on what it means to be fit and healthy, then implementing those things.
As a result, I don’t worry about my appearance, what I’m eating, missing the gym, etc.
I don’t stress about food or exercise.
And I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been.
Since then, I’ve helped over 300 clients make health and fitness a sustainable part of their lifestyles without dieting, excess cardio, or stress.
